Corporate Tax return and payment
File & payWithin 9 months of the end of the tax period.
One return and payment per tax period (normally the financial year).
Applies to: Taxable persons registered for UAE Corporate Tax (including individuals with business turnover above AED 1m)
VAT return and payment
File & payBy the 28th day after the end of each tax period.
Due dates follow your assigned tax period (usually quarterly, sometimes monthly).
Applies to: VAT-registered businesses
Excise Tax return and payment
File & payBy the 15th day after the end of each monthly tax period.
Monthly return and payment.
Applies to: Businesses registered for Excise Tax (e.g. importers or producers of tobacco, energy and sweetened drinks)
